SIGNATURE CHAUFFEUR’S CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. All hires start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car returns
to the garage in central London
2. All charges in the amounts specified herein and in the current tariff published
by the Company are payable in advance except where a hirer has a credit
account or a Credit Card approved by the Company.
3. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
4. Car parking fees will be charged at cost in all cases.
5. The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of road
conditions
6. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed,
The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any
luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage
is caused.
7 The Company reserve the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a
cancellation has been received prior to the despatch of the chauffeur and car.
8.Mobile phone calls charged at £1.00 per minute local £2.00 per minute. Europe £3.00 per minute
Rest of the world.
9.Any damage to the interior/exterior of our vehicles will be chargeable to the client.
10.Excess will be charged at the basic time and miles rate or at the hourly rate,
whichever is greater.
Airports, docks etc., wait and return will be charged throughout at the basic rate.
Gratuities at clients’ discretion.
25% Surcharge on Public Holidays 100% for Christmas & New years day
